On Thursday, 15.07.2021, as the BDT Education Foundation, we held an event to cook Turkish food at Zorgboerderij de Wederloop.

To show their skills, our founder Rüstem and our volunteer teachers Nuri and Seda took their places in the Wederloop kitchen after shopping. Turkish dishes were prepared together by developing warm relations and helping each other with our guests who participated in our event. The flavour that left its mark on the day and whose recipe was asked the most was carrot tarator.

We look forward to repeating this delicious and fun day.
