Children are motivated to become more involved in their communities through environmental education, which fosters critical and creative thinking abilities. It aids children in comprehending the value of the environment and equips them with the fundamentals for leading sustainable and eco-friendly lives.

Within this aim, there are many initiations that create environments to foster awareness towards nature just like BDT's PATORELLA. As BDT team, we paid a visit to one of the most active initiations in the Netherlands regarding nature education, IVN Natuur Educatie. During our visit, we observed the implementations on how to boost nature awareness among children, our future.
