BDT Education will host the mobility of "(C)ommunities (Ov)ercom(i)ng (D)epression" Erasmus+ youth project in Eindhoven, Netherlands between 4-12 November 2022. The mobility will host 32 young people from the Netherlands, Turkey, Czechia, Poland, Austria and Luxembourg. Mobility aims to equip young people in stress management, well-being, and mindfulness to avoid depression by using non-formal education methods. The project is compatible with EU Youth Strategy 21-27: Mental Health and Well-being, promoting mental health, sport, physical activity, and healthy lifestyles and preventing and treating injury, eating disorders, addictions, and substance abuse.
