Erasmus+ JUMP project's last mobility will be held in Shtip, North Macedonia during 1-3 September 2023.

During the study visit in North Macedonia, the participants will observe mindfulness and meditation practices to apply in their youth work in order to deal main problems that young people experience within the scope of mental health.

As BDT, we see this chance as an opportunity to be a part of the enhancement of the health system of the Netherlands. In this context, Mariska, one of our volunteers for a long time who works in the health sector, came up with the idea to create a participant team for North Macedonia Mobility focusing on those who work in the health sector in the Netherlands. As an education foundation which provides areas for proactive citizens, we support  Mariska's valuable initiation.

If you work in the health sector in the Netherlands and would like to observe some good examples regarding youth's mental health, please do not hesitate to email us with your CV and motivation to take part in this mobility.
